This new co-living development is one of Deanestors largest residential contracts, it consists of 705 serviced studio apartments over 21 floors, supported by communal kitchens and various flexible features.
The Collective Furniture
It also included various shared entertainment spaces on the lower levels, such as a café, games room, gym and a bar which is open to the public as well. Upper levels contain a swimming pool, restaurant, and further shared convenience.
Deanestor completed the supply and installation of furniture, fixtures, and fittings as well as a full design service for this project. The studios were designed to maximise space and minimise distractions for those working or staying.
The kitchen furniture was constructed using MFC carcasses in conjunction with a decorative white gloss vinyl frontal. Worktops were a contemporary marble effect quartz. The bedrooms consisted of either a single or double wardrobe, bespoke shelving units, bed with bedhead and under bed storage constructed using a black north wood effect MFC, for a modern finish. We also supplied various fittings including mirrors and noticeboards.
