The Spring Mews Accommodation scheme is a mixed use complex including, Leisure Facilities and a prestigious complex of Hotel Suites.
Deanestor supported Shepherd Construction Limited throughout all stages of the project to successfully deliver the project, inclusive of the manufacture and installation of the furniture and fittings for both the Student Accommodation buildings and the Staybridge Suites Hotel.
It contains a total of 400 en-suite bedrooms and studios across three buildings as well as common areas, shared kitchens, lounge, dining, and entertainment areas, whilst the Staybridge Suites Hotel consists of 120 rooms and suites, an indoor pool and gym facilities.
As a family run business, Deanestor Plc was pleased to work alongside our sister company Offsite Solutions Limited who were awarded and successfully completed the contract for the supply and installation of the Modular GRP Bathroom Pods for the project.
